Feel better. Move like yourself again.
Strength, conditioning and mobility coaching for women, athletes and anyone who wants their doctor visits to be less stressful — a strong routine that goes wherever life takes you.
“I make sure I'm always approachable.”
The honest starting point
You are not out of shape. You are out of your own routine.
- You leave the doctor's office more stressed than when you walked in.
- The range of motion you used to have is gone, and reaching for it hurts.
- Numbers on a chart decide how your week feels.
- You were an athlete once. Your body does not answer the way it used to.
- The house is quieter now and your routine went quiet with it.
- Every program you tried pushed you past what you were ready for.
The method
How I coach
HIIT and powerlifting, with cardio in when the goal calls for it. Built on ten years of coaching and a lifetime of playing.
Strength you can carry
Powerlifting built patiently. We load the lifts your life already asks for — standing up, carrying in, reaching overhead — and we add weight only when your body has earned it.
Conditioning with a reason
HIIT and cardio go in when your goal calls for them, not because a program says Tuesday is cardio day. Ten years of coaching athletes taught me the difference.
Range of motion back
Mobility is not a warm-up afterthought here. Getting back to where you were with your movement is the work itself, session after session.
Your why, kept in front of you
I keep an open mind, because everyone has a reason why. We find yours early and use it as the motivation on the days motivation is thin.

Be my next success story
Founding client spots are open
I am taking on a small group of founding clients in Columbia and online — people who want their range of motion back and their appointments calmer. You get my full attention, weekly adjustments, and a coach who meets others where they are.
Client results are coming soon. I would rather show you real ones than made-up ones.

What the work gives back
Walking in knowing you did the work all quarter changes the whole appointment. That is the result my clients ask for most, in their own words.
Squatting, reaching, turning — the range you lost is trainable. We rebuild it on purpose instead of hoping it comes back.
For clients managing diabetes or pre-diabetes, consistent training and honest food habits do more than any single hard week ever will.
I was talented but timid. I had to learn to give myself more credit. I coach so you get there faster than I did.
Built to Go Anywhere
How it works
Three steps, and a routine that travels well when your week does not stay still.
Tell me where you are
One message with what hurts, what you want back, and what your week actually looks like. No form-fitness jargon needed.
We build the route
Strength, conditioning and mobility mapped to your goal, your equipment and your schedule — in person in Columbia or online.
We keep moving
Consistent coaching, honest adjustments, and a routine that packs in a suitcase when life takes you somewhere else.
About Shaniqua
I got into training through my favorite hobby — basketball. It taught me more than the game, and it gave me the person I needed to be growing up and still need as an adult. Fitness changed my life. That is what I am here to do for other athletes.
Questions
Ask before you commit
Nothing here starts before you are ready for it. That is a promise, not a sales line.
I do not know where to start.
That is the most common place to start from, and it is fine. You bring your goal and your history; I build the first four weeks. Nothing on day one you are not ready for.
I have tried programs before and they did not stick.
Most programs push you past your limits before you are equipped for them. I refuse to do that. We meet you where you are and add load when your body says yes.
I do not have time to be in the gym daily.
You do not need daily. Two or three focused sessions, built around your week, beat five you resent. Online clients train wherever they are that week.
