Two ways to train
Same method either way: strength built patiently, conditioning with a reason, and mobility treated as the work instead of the warm-up.
In person — Columbia, SC
We train together so I can see what your body is actually doing. Powerlifting is the base: squat, hinge, press, pull, loaded the way your life already loads you. HIIT goes in when your goal calls for conditioning, and cardio only when it serves the goal.
I coach the lift in front of me, not the plan on paper. If your shoulder is not ready for overhead today, we earn it another way. I refuse to push anyone beyond their limits before they are equipped and ready — that is how people get hurt and quit.
Best for: getting range of motion back, returning to lifting after time away, and anyone managing blood sugar who wants a coach in the room.
Online coaching
Your program, your equipment, your week. I write the training, you send video, I adjust. We keep the same progression logic as in-person work — load goes up when your body has earned it, not on a calendar.
This is the option built to go anywhere. Traveling, a hotel gym, a garage, a full house at 6am — new terrain, same routine. Flexible training is freedom here, not a compromise.
Best for: busy weeks, clients outside Columbia, and anyone who wants accountability without a fixed appointment slot.
What both include
A first conversation about your why, mobility work in every session, honest check-ins, and nutrition guidance you can start with — the calorie and macro calculator is free to use before we ever speak.
Not sure which fits? Tell me where you are and I will say so straight.
